It’s Unboxing Time!
This week’s unboxing is the latest Funko Marvel Collector Corps subscription box. They are available through Amazon and ship every other month. Everything inside is exclusive to the box.
The theme this time around is X-Men ’97. As you likely know, Marvel Studios has plans to bring back the Fox Kids animated X-Men series on Disney+. There’s apparently been some delays due to the writers’ strike so we’ll have to be patient. In the meantime, we’re getting some X-Men ’97 merchandise.

I was unlucky and had a defective Pop. It happens. I’m not angry. I’ll just have to glue it when I get a chance. The head is pretty heavy compared to the average Pop, so it makes sense. This is only the second time it’s happened to me after all my years of opening Pops.
I was happy with the choice of Pops. Both are characters that I don’t already own. Was I being a complete goof in not recognizing the one character on the T-shirt? I know I could probably look it up to see if there’s mention of a new character. I feel like I’m just blanking. I’m sure I can figure it out once the show starts up.
