Unwrapping: Motley Crue – Dr. Feelgood 35th Anniversary Indie Record Store Exclusive Colored Vinyl

It’s Unwrapping Time!

Who’s the one they call Dr. Feelgood? Maybe you can find out today. We’re looking at the recently released 35th anniversary vinyl of Motley Crue’s 1989 album. They have released a lot of different versions.

To be honest, I wasn’t even sure what version I was getting. I asked my awesome local record store if they could get me a colored vinyl, not realizing there was a “Indie Record Store” exclusive “Ghostly Ruby & Clear” version. That’s what I got.

Check out the video to see how cool this version is.

I think the biggest surprise, for me, was the fact that the t-shirt still fits. It’s a medium. Sadly, I don’t really wear medium t-shirts anymore. The other surprise was the fact I momentarily forgot about the awesomeness of “Kickstart My Heart.” Apologizes for my attempt at replicating that opening guitar riff.

Do you have a copy of the album. I had it on CD. I really should dig them out someday. What’s your favorite track off the album. It’s hard to believe this came out thirty-five years ago.
