If you’re into Funko Pops, you know how difficult it can be trying to resist buying the different variant and exclusive figures. Right after Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 was released, it was announced there’d be yet another exclusive Groot Pop. I already bought the Hot Topic exclusive but had to pre-order this one as well.
Amazon has an exclusive “Adolescent” Groot. It’s a little bigger than the regular Vol. 2 version and smaller that the regular Pops. It just arrived so check it out.
Amazon sold these for $10.99. It appears they may be out of stock. Another “market seller” has some going for $24.99. It’s a bit of a jump in price, especially considering it’s a slightly smaller figure. That’s the risks you take with the exclusives. I’m glad I pre-ordered when I did.
And let me know if you want to see more of these single figure unboxing in order to get a better look or if they’re just not as interesting as the Funko subscription boxes and Hasbro Marvel Legends waves.
