Iron Fist is ready for his return to Netflix this fall. After a brief guest appearance on Luke Cage Season 2, Danny Rand’s story will continue. Netflix has announced Iron Fist Season 2 will premiere globally on September 7 at 12 am PST.
A teaser trailer has also been shown hinting at Danny’s mission.
Danny Rand has decided it’s his duty to fight the criminal element that is corrupting New York City. To do this, he’ll be using his kung-fu and ability to summon the power of the Iron Fist. He’ll still be trying to figure out who exactly he is. Something has happened an Matt Murdock is gone. Danny promises he’ll step up and protect the city. Unfortunately there is a big sinister plot that threatens Danny and everything he cares about.
Marvel’s Iron Fist Season 2 stars Finn Jones (Danny Rand), Jessica Henwick (Colleen Wing), Sacha Dhawan (Davos), Tom Pelphrey (Ward Meachum), Jessica Stroup (Joy Meachum), Simone Missick (Misty Knight) and introduces Alice Eve (Mary Walker aka Typhoid Mary).
