It’s crazy to think that Batman Beyond has been around for 20 years now. The show was groundbreaking and took big risks in depicting an elderly Batman along with his young replacement. Following the greatness of the previous Batman: The Animated Series, the show immediately won the hearts of viewers.
To celebrate the show along with the upcoming high-definition release of the complete series, a panel was held at San Diego Comic-Con. Here are some interviews that took place afterwards.
Kevin Conroy on Being Cast as Old Bruce Wayne
Will Friedle on Being Cast As the New Batman
Andrea Romano on Casting Kevin and Will in Their Roles
Glen Murakami on Creating the New Futuristic Batman World
Batman Beyond: The Complete Series will be available digitally on October 15, 2019. A limited edition Blu-ray set will be released on October 29, 2019.
