It’s Unboxing Time!
I meant to post this earlier, but here is what the packaging and discs for the just released Batman: Year One – Commemorative Edition 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray look like. It’s always interesting to see what the studios put inside and on the back of the packaging.
Warner Bros. Home Video has been pretty consistent with their recent packaging strategy. You can find out if this tenth anniversary release of the movie follows their pattern.
As for the movie, I did watch it over the weekend. It’s a cool movie. I hadn’t watched it since it was first released. It’s simply a great telling of the classic Batman origin we all know and love. You can see how elements of the story have carried over into other adaptations. The 4K version is really nice as well.
