It’s Unboxing Time!

We all love Ash and the Evil Dead movies, right? How could anyone not like them? It should be a crime to not like the movies. For those of us with a bit of culture, a really cool box set has just been released. It is time to fully behold the Evil Dead Groovy Collection. It is every bit as glorious as you would want it to be.

Of course there is one minor problem that can’t be avoided. We’ll get into that later. First, check out the “unboxing” video to check out this absolutely “groovy” set along with the disc and booklet art.

What is the one problem with this set? 1992’s Army of Darkness isn’t included. It’s all about legal rights. It’s an unfortunate situation. It would’ve been fantastic to have it included here. I believe Shout Factory will be released a 4K version, but there isn’t an official release date that I know of. Part of me wishes they left an empty slot in this set. Oh well.

Now it’s a matter of finding time to watch all of this.
