MultiVersus is a free-to-play, platform fighter video game featuring a plethora of beloved characters. You can choose characters from DC Comics, Scooby-Doo, Game of Thrones, Hanna-Barbera, Adventure Time, and much more. The game can be played on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles, Xbox Series XS, Xbox One consoles, and PC with full cross-play support.
At Comic-Con, round table press interviews were available, and we were able to find out a lot.
Tara Strong – Harley Quinn
Tara is no stranger to Harley Quinn. She’s voiced many different versions. She’s also voiced many other characters that would be a perfect fit for this game. It was jokingly brought up that we could have a whole “Tara-Verse” of characters.
Matthew Lillard – Shaggy
It’s hard be believe how long Matthew has been voicing Shaggy now. I may have grown up with Casey Kasem as Shaggy, but watching the live-action movies and various animated shows with my daughter, he’s also become “my” Shaggy.
I had to bring up the amazing Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated show. He mentioned hearing a “rumor” they wanted to bring it back. Could this actually happen???
Sheloman Byrd – Executive Producer, Warner Bros. Games
Sheloman was great to talk to. You can immediately see and hear his enthusiasm for the game. There was talk of the potential for different characters that could be added down the line. This game definitely has the potential to be around for quite some time.
