It’s Unwrapping Time!
This week we’re looking at the limited edition steelbook for the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release of IT: Welcome to Derry Season 1. This is the show that was on HBO Max and it was really enjoyable. It’s definitely a show that I knew I’d want to own the physical release, if possible.
With the steelbook, it is listed as a “limited edition” because they don’t necessarily make a ton of copies. Sometimes they do get reprinted and sold again. If you’ve been wondering if you should try to get this, check out the unwrapping video to see what it looks like and what comes with it.
This is officially released on May 5, 2026. Unfortunately, you really have to jump on the pre-orders to guarantee getting a copy. It is possible you might still be able to pick one up in stores or online. If you are going the store route, I suggest you call ahead to see if the store is getting any or has any that are not already spoking for with pre-orders. In my opinion, it’s definitely one to add to the collection.
