Even though we just had a new Star Wars movie in theaters a couple months ago, it’s almost time for another new one. Solo: A Star Wars Story arrives in theaters on May 25, 2018, but you can expect to see action figures and vehicles in stores beginning in April.
At this year’s Toy Fair, Hasbro unveiled new product. Minor spoilers (?) below.
Solo: A Star Wars Story 3.75-Inch Kessel Run Millennium Falcon
You might have noticed in the trailer and in the image above, the Millennium Falcon looks a little different. It is the same ship and resembles the original Ralph McQuarrie design. Obviously Han has made several modifications over the years since acquiring the ship from Lando. The name of this product also suggests we’ll be seeing the infamous Kessel Run.
The retail price is $99.99, and it will be available Spring 2018. You can press a button to activate lights, sounds, and rumble pack vibrations. An exclusive 3.75-inch Han Solo is included.
Force Link 2.0 Starter Set
The Force Link 2.0 Starter Set features wearable technology that lets you activate movie sounds effects and phrases in more than 30 compatible Star Wars toys. It will include sounds from Solo: A Star Wars Story and an exclusive Han Solo 3.75-inch figure.
The retail price is $29.99. It will be available Spring 2018. Batteries not included.
Star Wars 3.75-Inch Figure Assortment
You can expect new and classic 3.75-inch figures. New assortments will include characters from Solo: A Star Wars Story, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Characters include Maz Kanata, Chewbacca, Luke Skywalker, Qi’ra, and K-2SO. You can activate several sounds and phrases with the Force Link 2.0 tech.
Retail price is $7.99 and available Spring 2018.
Star Wars: The Black Series 6-Inch Figure Assortment
If you’re interested in bigger and more detailed figures, new additions are coming to the Black Series. Characters include Han Solo, Lando Calrissian, Qi’ra, and…a Snowtrooper?
The retail price is $19.99 and will be available Spring 2018 at most major retailers and HasbroToyShop.com.
What do you think of the new figures and new (old) look of the Millennium Falcon? Are you going to buy any of these?
