Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD is currently headed towards the end of the sixth season. During this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, the news many of us feared came out. The show will be ending after Season 7. Originally it was thought Season 5 would be the last, hence the final episode titled “The End.” Now the longest running Marvel TV series will end on its own terms.
With the news and panel before the interview sessions, many questions were geared towards the announcement. There are still some insights revealed for the current season along with some tiny hints for Season 7.

It was odd that Iain De Caestecker and Elizabeth Henstridge weren’t in the interview session. Neither were showrunners Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen. Guess we’ll have to try to catch them next time.
